I have been going on Embrace trips to France and Portugal for the last 7 years. From the moment you get off the plane you are in safe, experience hands. The venues are always stunning, the cycling is always epic what ever your cycling experience, the food and facilities are always very good. Infact I'm going back again this year to the Alps as I enjoyed it so much last year. Embrace have a high number of return guests, its easy to understand why. Great training holiday with like-minded people, great location and a good programme. Early morning sea swims were (ahem) refreshing, and training across the three disciplines was pitched just right, meals out (and meals in!) and the vineyard visit were a nice change. Great advice from the coaches – from the sea swim ‘ attack the waves’ to the run failings ‘run more often’ which worked a treat, to the mental challenge/ Ironman spirit ‘the body can do it, the head just needs to tell it’. A great week with good steps in the Ironman journey and good friends made. Ironman Camp with Embrace Sports

I've been to 4 different tri camps with embrace sports and each time was a great experience. Great coaches, great food, awesome friends. You can't go wrong with these guys. Worth the trip overseas. Triathlon Camp in Portugal with Embrace Sports Triathlon Holidays

This was my fourth Embrace camp (other three were all tri camps) and it was a huge revelation: confidence-boosting, technically educative, physically challenging in all the right ways and a great pleasure to be among fellow runners. Will be back for more!

This was my 3rd trip with Embrace and didn't fail to live up to expectations. As more of a cyclist than anything else, my previous trips were in the French Pyrenees and this was my first trip Lagos. With less of a cycling focus, I was forced out of my comfort zone and to literally dive in at the deep end. Organisation was slick and forced me to work on my weaknesses. The formula is simple; work hard but enjoy yourself and it definitely works for me. Behind it all are great coaches who clearly enjoy what they do and that's the real difference. Boundaries were pushed, PBs set, mountains conquered, bake-offs judged, kegs emptied, vast amounts of food eaten and promises to come back were made to be kept. Thanks again guys Open water swim technique on the Embrace Sports triathlon holiday

This was my third Embrace holiday, and certainly won't be my last. Everything from the food, accommodation, location, transfers, and especially the coaching was outstanding. I achieved more than I thought possible in a week of running, while also having a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Coastal trail run on an Embrace Sports marathon running holiday

I booked this holiday because I had signed up for a couple of sprint triathlons, and I wanted to learn about the sport and see if it really was something I liked. And of course I wanted to have a week of good training. I enjoyed almost every minute of the holiday. I put my body through a lot more then I ever have before in such a short period of time, and it was great to experience that I actually could do that. The coaches were very attentive, and somehow managed to give me individual tips and feedback whenever I needed it, even when the whole group trained together. The food was fantastic, and it really is true that they cater to all dietary requirements, however difficult they may be. Morning ocean swim on an Embrace Sports novice triathlon holiday
