This was my first cycling camp with Embrace, and its fair to say that I was completely blown away. Looking back its staggering how many iconic climbs we squeezed into one week; riding up Tour classics that I had only ever seen on TV. It was a dream to finish each day of riding with a legendary Embrace meal at the beautiful chateau (I certainly came away from the week calorie-neutral). The food was amazing and its always such a great atmosphere; eating outdoors together, catching up on the day's riding. The whole week was impeccably organised by the Embrace team. They took care of all of the logistics, and it meant the our week was entirely stress free. An amazing week. I will definitely be signing up for another week away with the Embrace guys in the future. Graeme and the lads at Embrace looked after us Aussielads for 2 years that included 3 tours through the Pyrenees and the French Alps. We are a charity raising money for cancer research and the Embrace lads were very welcoming and really got into the spirit of what we were about and what we are trying to achieve. Besides the tour being amazing the food was simply outstanding and the stay in a local farm house was the icing on the cake. I would definiltey recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a first class organsisation to take the worry out of travelling to do a bike tour, leaving you with one thing only to concentrate on and that is what we love doing the most, riding our bikes! Thanks Embrace. You guys rock! Riding in the Pyrenees with Smiling for Smiddy hosted by Embrace Sports

Fed up of the endless cold and wet winter? Then get yourself to the Lagos sun for a great week of top training, amazing food and banter. You get out what you put in but so much more from people who clearly love what they do. Any time you get to swim in the ocean in March has got to be savoured right?

This was my third outing with the Embrace crew and yet again left me absolutely in awe. The coaches (Graeme, Neil, Lucy and Eric) are top class, their encouragement, support and cooking is second to none. We were all very inexperienced on the week, and they catered for every single persons abilities- from those who couldn’t put their heads under in the sea, to those who needed to improve their stroke to those who needed some healthy competition. Again the food was incredible, the company was excellent and the whole trip was exceptional!

I did the October Triathlon holiday in 2014 and it was such an incredible week. I turned up a complete amateur who had dabbled in the sport in a very casual way, and they catered for my inexperience 100% and pushed me to see what I could achieve. It gave me amazing confidence in my abilities and I booked another two weeks the day I got home! There is no distinction between the best, fittest and most experienced and those with less experience. Embrace and the coaches (Graeme, Kat, Alan, and Andy) made sure that everybody got the most out of the week. And we baked, which is ALWAYS a bonus! I then got home and won a triathlon the very next day!

I have been on this training holiday for the previous two years and am attending the long distance camp this year. The first year I attended alone and was a bit apprehensive about this, but the coaches are great and all other members of the group are like minded and friendly. I would have no problem recommending Embrace to anyone ! Aquathlon training with Embrace Sports triathlon camps

Most (admittedly non runner) friends think a running holiday is not possible! It is. I have been on this holiday 3 times and it is a great balance of training and relaxing. It is surprising how many miles we can cover without having to worry about normal life. The different terrains and structure of the holiday means no two runs are the same and keeps training interesting. I hope to be back for more!

Had an amazing time in a relaxed yet competitive environment to push you to do better. Food, coaches and the location of all activities were stunning. Will go back for my third trip

I did three running camps @ Embrace, Lovely weather in a beautiful place - very good homemade food and hard working with good people 🙂 Difficult to expect better in one week!!! On each camp, the coaches try to improve the quality of the framing, I never found better running camps than those proposed here 😉 Every runner should try a camp with Embrace!
