Dates: Saturday 15th June - Saturday 22nd June 2019 Location: French Alps, France...July 17, 2018These training holidays are just Amazing. This was my 4th holiday with Embrace Sports but the first time outside of Portugal. I did initially think that the experience wouldn't be as good due to not being in the great complex in Lagos but I had nothing to worry about. It just shows that the Embrace team can put on a holiday anywhere and it will have the same vibe and friendly feel. A great structure to the week which builds you up nicely to the brilliant climb up Alpe D'Huez. A tough climb but you'll want to take your time just to soak up the scenery. The overnight stay up in the mountains also add to the overall experience. You meet some great people on these holidays and I'm already looking forward to my next Embrace trip for a good catch up.

The cycling is amazing, conquering several mountains during the week, culminating in the long ride out and ascent of Alpe D'Huez. Totally brilliant. We were treated to beautiful lake swimming and scenic runs, fabulous food and great company. The coaches are an inspiring bunch, nothing is too much trouble and they are used to catering to all abilities, so this trip really is for everyone.

We had an excellent week of sunshine and perfect temps in an idyllic setting. The workouts were all manageable but challenging! We had just the correct mix of work and leisure. The staff was awesome. I can't say enough good things about the week. I would highly recommend!

The cycling, especially Alpe d'Huez, was the highlight for me, but the swimming and running sessions were also really enjoyable and in stunning (and quiet) locations. Coaching, food and atmosphere were all great, as always in my experience of Embrace trips.
Dates: Saturday 15th June - Saturday 22nd June 2019 Location: French Alps, France...July 4, 2018A great holiday! This was my second embrace holiday having been to portugal a few years ago. I really enjoyed the relaxed feel of the Chateaux and as always the Embrace team made us all feel really welcome and fed us really well with their excellent home made food. I arrived with a bit of an injury which I was bit worried about but Neil had arranged bike hire for me which I really appreciated and I was very grateful of the flexibility they all showed - helping me with routes but also ensuring that I could be part of the group activities where possible. It was a fab week and I'll definately be back to run up Alpe Duez rather than cycle!!
Dates: Thursday 6th - Thursday 13th, 2019 Location: French Alps, France Price: £745...July 3, 2018I've been to all of the Embrace locations and this one is truly amazing. The cycling was incredible, the coaches were brilliant (as usual) at catering for all abilities and the routes were pretty special- finishing on Alp D'Huez is definitely one of the highs! The swimming and running also didn't disappoint; a vast crystal clear empty (of other people!) lake to swim in and pretty trails and loops to run around. Great coaching tips and support along the way. All the food throughout the week was delicious and never in short supply!
Dates: Saturday 18th May to Saturday 25th May 2019 Location: Pyrenees, France...July 3, 2018This is the second time I've been on the Embrace Cycling week and it didn't disappoint! Incredible days, conquering climbs that I didn't think I could, including Mont du Chat and the epic Alpe d'Huez. Followed by incredible home cooked food and chilling out in the beautiful Chateau. Couldn't recommend it highly enough! I will definitely be back!

Was my first time on the Alps Tri holiday having been to the Portugal camp many times. All the staff were excellent as always. All the participants were top athletes too with most being age groupers so plenty of experience all around. Everyone was super supportive. The cycling is a lot more challenging than Portugal so If this is your weak point then its a tough camp. Lake swimming was excellent and the endurance run was pleasantly flat. Brick running wasn't lol. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Lovely countryside and views second to none.
Dates: Saturday 15th June - Saturday 22nd June 2019 Location: French Alps, France...June 20, 2018What a brilliant week! This was my first Embrace trip and was made to feel welcome right from the start. Many thanks to the coaches Neil, Kat and Graeme who worked tirelessly throughout the week and enabled everyone to relax and just focus on running and recovering. The week was structured very well, building up to the final challenge of running up Alpe d'Huez which was pretty epic and will live long in the money. A great value trip as well given the fantastic location and delicious food. Couldn't recommend this highly enough!
Dates: Saturday 15th June - Saturday 22nd June 2019 Location: French Alps, France...June 19, 2018One of the best holidays I've had. The coaching is first class. Whether its training, nutrition, recovery or anything else to do with fitness, there really isn't much the coaches can't advise you on. My endless amounts of questions were answered really well and I was given the information and experience I needed to take my training to the next level. The week was structured really well so that I was prepared for the final epic challenge! Additionally, the food that is prepared at the Chateau was awesome. It was all cooked from scratch and I even learnt quite a bit about cooking. Everyone mucked in with the cooking and everyone sat down together for the meal in the evening which helped to create a great family feel. I would highly recommend Embrace to any runners (and even non-runners looking to start) and I look forward to coming back to do another camp.
